Why does this work? Kids crave autonomy. They want to do things themselves, and they are more likely to eat new foods if they’re involved in the process. Give them some tongs or a large serving spoon and watch them (hopefully) eat foods they wouldn’t normally touch!

What do we use this for? 
➡️ Greek-style wraps
➡️ Taco or burrito bar
➡️ Chili with toppings
➡️ Cheesy Cheeseless Hamburger Pasta (p. 79 of our cookbook “Feeding Littles and Beyond”)
