Boot room & Utility room

Essentially a room in the house for all things dirty! Somewhere to store Wellington boots and walking boots, dog towels and leads, a place to hose down the dog and somewhere to hang coats. The husbands man drawer would also be in this room!! The room would adjoin the utility room that houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and cleaning cupboard. The utility room would then adjoin the kitchen which links in to the dining room. Of course this would be in my dream house......
