SUMMER BURRATA BOARD
Melon Burrata Board * 2 Burrata balls * Melons: 1 cantaloupe, 1 canary and 1 honeydew (half of the melon sliced and the other half balled) * 2 cups of arugula * 1 cup of cherry tomatoes (I used yellow) * 12 thin prosciutto or Serrano ham slices * Basil leaves * Olive oil and balsamic glaze to drizzle * Salt and pepper Start cutting your melons in halves and sliced one half (with skin and about 1/4” thick) and ball the other half. Arrange on your board the sliced melons, add beds of arugula and placed the Burrata on top, add cherry tomatoes, melon balls and the prosciutto around it, playing with the colors and shapes. Add salt and pepper to the cheese and tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Finish adding basil leaves. Enjoy!
