1 and 1/4 cup ditalini pasta 2 cups chicken broth 1/4 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp olive oil parsley to taste 1/4 cup grated parmesan 1 tbsp minced garlic to cook: in skillet, add oil, minced garlic, and pasta. Stir until garlic becomes fragrant and pasta and oil are well mixed, roughly one minute. Add 2 cups chicken broth, saute until most of liquid is evaporated. Add heavy cream and saute until most of liquid is evaporated. Stir in butter and parmesan until pasta well coated. Garnish with parsley.
