High Protein Soya Thalipeeth
Soyabean Thalipeeth Ingredients : • 100 gm soya chunks • 2 tbs gram flour (besan for binding) • 2 tbs curd (dahi) • Salt as per taste • Some red chilli powder • Some turmeric powder • 2 tsp white sesame seeds (safed til) • 1 medium sized finely chopped tomato • Some finely chopped coriander • 1 medium sized finely chopped onion • Some finely chopped ginger & chillies • Oil (to roast) Method : • Take a mixer jar, grind soya chunks coarsely (soak 100 gm soya chunks in warm water for half an hour, then squeeze) • Transfer in a mixing bowl, add 2 tbs gram flour (besan for binding) • Add 2 tbs curd (dahi) • Add salt as per taste • Add some red chilli powder • Add some turmeric powder (haldi) • Add approx 2 tsp white sesame seeds (safed til) • Add 1 medium sized finely
