Did the Easter/Spring celebration sneak up on anyone else this year? Leading up to Sunday I’ll be sharing some of my favorite Spring serves! Let’s start with this fancy lil sipper, a riff on the classic Cosmo cocktail let’s make a: Carrot Cosmo 🥕
Let’s make it at home:
• 1 oz carrot juice
• 1/2 oz ginger syrup
• 3/4 oz Cointreau
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1.5 oz vodka
Garnish with fresh thyme
Add all to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake.
• Double strain into a chilled coupe glasses, serving over ice is optional (I did because of the flower cube I had)
Garnish & enjoy!
