• 1 1/2 cups Cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 cup Cucumbers
• 1 Clove Garlic
• 1 tbsp Herbs or a mix of parsley
• 1 Lemon, slices
• 1/2 tsp Oregano
• 1 Red onion or shallot peeled and thinly sliced (approx 1/4 cup), small
Condiments
• 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
Baking & Spices
• 2 Pepperonicini peppers
• 1 Salt and pepper
• 1 Sumac or paprika
Oils & Vinegars
• 1/4 cup Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 Pine nuts, Toasted
Other
• 2 cups Hummus store bought or homemade (my homemade recipe is so creamy and delicious)
