Ingredients:
3 cups rotisserie chicken
1½ cups cucumber peeled and diced
1½ cups chopped grape tomatoes
½ cup diced red onion
No Mayo Dressing!
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 lemon juiced
2 cloves of garlic minced 2-3 tbsp fresh dill
salt & pepper to taste
Add the dressing to the chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions and stir to combine
