UPDATED: The Berrington

We've been excited to share this one with you - our Berrington design, one of the oldest in our collection, has been given a facelift! The Berrington is among the largest of our dormer bungalow designs, and counts a self-contained flat amongst its many unique features. The main house itself has a large living room and sizeable dining room, with a kitchen that any self-respecting cook would be proud of. Upstairs there are four large bedrooms with one en-suite, and of course a main bathroom. The self-contained flat, should you wish to retain it, comprises a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen / diner and store room.
