Ingredients: 1/2 tsp Basil, dried; 2 tsp Celery flakes, dried; 1 tsp Chives, dried; 2 tsp Dill, dried; 1/4 Green bell pepper flakes; 2 tsp Green pepper flakes; 3 tsp Lemon peel, bottled dried; 2 tsp Onion flakes; 1 tsp Parsley, dried; 2 tsp Parsley flakes; 2 tsp Red bell pepper flakes; 4 tsp Chicken bouillon powder; 1 envelope Onion soup mix; 4 tsp Vegetarian bouillon powder; 8 cups Rice; 4 1/2 tsp Salt

Give 1 of each rice mixture to one person or individual recipes to different people. Tie a festive ribbon around each jar or baggie and a tag or card with a message that includes THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS: "To cook, combine the rice mixture, 2 cups of cold water and 1 Tbs butter in a heavy saucepan.
