These easy IKEA-style Swedish Meatballs are really easy to make at home with a traditional gravy, delicious served with mashed potatoes, peas and Swedish lingonberry jam.
Ingredients

• 250 g Beef mince
• 400 g Pork mince

• 1 Brown onion
• 1 Garlic clove, large
• 1 Green peas
• 1 Mashed potatoes

• 600 ml Chicken or beef stock, fresh

• 1 Lingonberry jam
• 2 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1 Black pepper, freshly ground
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
• 2 tbsp Plain flour, heaped
• 1 1/2 tsp Sea salt
