• 250 g Apple
• 1/2 tsp Ginger, Ground
• 1 X chopped apple
• 1 X peeled & chopped apple
Pasta & Grains
• 175 g Oats
Baking & Spices
• 2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
• 200 g Sukrin melis icing sugar
• 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Liquids
• 1 tbsp Water
Other
• 25g Flora Light
• 2tbsp Sukrin Gold (if you can't use this then regular sweetener will work, if using regular sweetener then add to your taste)
• 1.5x Pack Powdered Gelatin (12.5g packets) (plus 100mls boiling water)
