• 1 Onion, medium
• 6 Potatoes, medium
Baking & Spices
• 4 cups All-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp Coriander seeds, roasted
• 1 tsp Fennel seeds
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 1 tsp Kasuri methi
• 1 Salt
• 1 Water to knead the dough
Oils & Vinegars
• 8 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
