This Clown collar is made of stretch knit and it's super easy to wear. It slips over your head so you don't have to fuss with any closures. It's a perfect accessory to finish your clown cosplay. The back is the same as the front. There are 6 pom pons. One size fits just about everybody. This is made to order. It will ship pretty quickly... but not immediately. This listing is only for the neck collar. All other items are photo props and NOT included.
