Please restart the app and update it to the latest version.

Reboot your device and close all the other apps that are running in the background (clear caches) OR Uninstall the app and then re-install the mobile app and update the app to the latest version.

Please go to the settings and turn on "allow to run in background" If it's already on, then please try to turn off and turn it on again and restart the app.
