The notes drip like raindrops, the melodies soar and fade with the wind, leaving room for improvisations, gentle or feverish depending on the mood of the Shin - the Korean spirits. Rushing through the deluge or staying in the shelter of a temple, Jean Noel Gos uses his music to tell the story of a journey. The gentle harmony of Buddhist monasteries, the frantic repetition of pedal strokes, the fiery chords and the sad melancholy of the themes: it's his entire journey across South Korea by bike that he transcribes onto his guitar with the duo Kymotopia.
