My name is Alex, and for the past 7 years, I have been involved in education in various forms: from building and scaling large educational systems with tens of thousands of students per year to teaching teenagers in villages and rural areas.
Currently, our team is developing a product in the field of education. In one month, we've assembled its initial version, which we are currently testing in partnership with an edtech company in Brazil. Simultaneously, we are seeking investments, and to facilitate a better understanding of our project, we've created this page with a brief description and pitch deck.

- Audience and problem. Our clients are educational services helping individuals acquire new professions. Our primary challenge is addressing student churn, with over 70% not completing their education, resulting in revenue loss for educational services.
- Product. Our product is an AI tutor and assistant that can be integrated into the specific learning environment of an educational service to support students. It helps increase retention during education and reduces costs associated with human support.
- Functionality. The AI tutor is capable of engaging in conversations on most topics within the learning process and the specific domain area. It provides feedback on practice and offers hints to guide and assist students.
- Market. Latin America, the US, and Europe.
- Business Model. We are testing two business model hypotheses: payment for active students ($2-$4 per month) and payment for requests to our API. Our hypothesis is that the product will help save on support costs by several times more than this fee. For instance, one of the clients we are discussing a contract with spends $50,000 per month on student support β we can help eliminate 70% of these expenses.
- Team. Our team brings together a wealth of educational expertise and strong ML skills. Part of the team has prior experience in large educational products (with tens of thousands of students in the segment we're working in), and our CTO has a solid background in ML, including founding a startup that secured $1M in funding from Spotify's CTO and other venture funds.
- Traction. During the past 6 weeks, we had 36 calls with potential clients. 12 of them moved forward through the funnel to the second call. 3 clients already piloting the demo of the product. We have one B2B contract.
- Request:
