A leading UK business and economics broadcaster and commentator, Dominic is a business presenter on Times Radio and a regular Times columnist. Previously he was a business presenter on BBC Radio 4's Today Programme and business editor at the Sunday Times.

Paul joined Revolut earlier this year as Head of Equity, with responsibility for all Revolut share plans globally. Prior to joining Revolut he worked in-house at FTSE 100 companies, in consulting roles and as an external advisor at HMRC.

Elena Petrou is Head of Share Schemes at Aviva plc, with responsibility for all Aviva share plans globally. She joined Aviva in 2013 from UBS.Elena runs the UK’s Share Plans User Group (SPUG), a community for share plan professionals and issuers. She also serves as a member of the ProShare Advisory Panel.

Peter Karlsson is a reward and compensation leader with twenty years’ experience in finance, technology and telecoms. For the last two years he has led total reward at telecoms giant Telia, joining from digital healthcare scaleup Kry, where he was Global Head of Compensation and Benefits. Prior to Kry he worked in senior roles at Intrum and Nordea.

Lorraine is Chief People Officer at tech scaleup Quantexa. Before joining Quantexa in 2019, she was Chief Talent Officer at Zoopla, during which time the business listed on the London Stock Exchange. She has also worked at Notonthehighstreet and Electronic Arts.

Ian is Partner at Korn Ferry, where he advises public and private companies on share-based incentive plans. He has nearly twenty years’ experience advising companies through IPOs, funding rounds, and M&A activity. He joined Korn Ferry from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where he was a Partner.

Ross is a senior leader with experience scaling people functions at late-stage private and public companies. Between 2020 and 2023 he served as Chief People Officer at Personio, having previously held leadership roles at Wise and King. He is now a startup investor and advisor.

Suzannah is a Legal Director at Tapestry Compliance, an award-winning UK law firm specialising in global equity incentives. She has extensive experience advising companies in the UK and overseas on the introduction and operation of their share plans and other equity incentives, at the executive level and for the wider workforce.

Marc Perkins served as General Counsel at leading biotech Abcam between 2020 and 2024, taking the company from a London listing onto the Nasdaq in 2022.
