Become a MemberThese Cardstock Paper Strawberries are beginner-friendly and require just a few sheets of cardstock and your favorite crafting tools. Each strawberry is made from a single cut-and-fold piece, with leafy tops that give it that extra pop of personality. We’ve also added a few little white blossoms to this design as well, but they’re completely optional. To keep your cuts tidy and consistent, we recommend a cutting machine. Just download our SVG file once you’re ready to begin.
While strawberries are the unofficial fruit of summer, they’ve also been symbols of sweetness, love, and abundance for centuries. Though our Cardstock Paper Strawberries may not be edible, they’re just as heartwarming and no less symbolic. When you’re finished crafting, add them to a gift box, use them as place-setting favors, or string them up for a berry sweet garland.
What we love most about this project (besides how cute it is!) is how quickly these little strawberries come together. They’re a great project for a sunny afternoon and even better if you’re crafting with kids or friends. Additionally, while we’ve gone for classic red, you can mix and match shades of pink and red for extra fun. If you can’t get enough of this juicy summer favorite — craft up these Jumbo Cardstock Honeycomb Strawberries or this Embroidered Strawberry Appliqué for the freshest decor of the season.

Leave a CommentHi!! Is the basket SVG also available?
Yes, there is a link lower in the post for it. Here it is: https://liagriffith.com/paper-strawberry-baskets/
Do you HAVE to become a member in order to d/l your files? It seems a little odd if the files are advertised as FREE but you can NOT use them unless you subscribe?
Hi– only our FREE projects are labeled as “free”, which you don’t need a membership to download. There is a pop-up asking for an email address to subscribe to our newsletter, so maybe that’s what you’re seeing? However this project you have commented on is not one of our freebies, but you can find all those here: https://liagriffith.com/craft/freebies/.
These were so fun to make! I used a gel pin to make different style of seeds, and added extra grass from easter I had left over. Thank you for sharing this!
Oh that just sounds too cute!
Yes, I love these! What a delight as a centerpiece or favor for summer parties! Thank you! I downloaded and assembled with no problems. Thank you for the folding instructions!
So happy to hear it!
Apologies but I don’t seem to be able to download the SVG file. I just downloaded the basket template with no problems; clicking the strawberry link doesn’t trigger a download.
I tried opening it in a new tab and it’s resolving the URL but still no download. Might be user error but I’d appreciate any help getting the file!
So sorry you’re having trouble! The file looks fine on my end– you might try a different web browser? Send an email to hello@liagriffith.com if you try that and are still unable to access it.
where do you get the basket template?
It will be posted tomorrow morning 🙂
