Adding tracing_actix library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add tracing-actix

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

tracing-actix = "0.4.0"

The tracing_actix library will be automatically available globally. Read the tracing_actix library documentation.
