Adding `wae_testing` library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add wae-testing

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

wae-testing = "0.0.2"

The wae_testing library will be automatically available globally. Read the wae_testing library documentation.
