Adding cl_sys library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add cl-sys

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

cl-sys = "0.4.3"

The cl_sys library will be automatically available globally. Read the cl_sys library documentation.
