Adding gnss_qc library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add gnss-qc

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

gnss-qc = "0.4.0"

The gnss_qc library will be automatically available globally. Read the gnss_qc library documentation.
