Adding h3 library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add h3

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

h3 = "0.0.8"

The h3 library will be automatically available globally. Read the h3 library documentation.
