Adding p521 library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add p521

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

p521 = "0.14.0-rc.7"

The p521 library will be automatically available globally. Read the p521 library documentation.
