Adding rust_icu_uloc library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add rust_icu_uloc

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

rust_icu_uloc = "5.6.0"

The rust_icu_uloc library will be automatically available globally. Read the rust_icu_uloc library documentation.
