Adding sp_runtime library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add sp-runtime

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

sp-runtime = "47.0.0"

The sp_runtime library will be automatically available globally. Read the sp_runtime library documentation.
