This was originally a Logic experiment that had been on my computer for 10 years that I decided to finish. For years I only had the piano melody that repeated and the chorus melody but I knew I wanted a change and later I added the spoken lyrics and then the changes that were inspired by my interest in Chinese classical music and trip-hop music.
The song captures the feeling of unity with oneself and one's surroundings and is meant to convey a feeling of peace.
