- The item's attributes grant the following additional stats:
- 176 health and 0.8 health regeneration.
- 8 main attack damage to

- 3.6 main attack damage to universal heroes.
- Movement speed bonuses from multiple pairs of Boots of Speed-based items do not stack.
- Stacks with all other movement speed bonus.
