• The item's attributes grant the following additional stats:
• 550 health and 2.5 health regeneration.
• 120 mana, 0.5 mana regeneration and 1% flat base magic resistance.
• 10 attack speed and 1.67 main armor.
• 25, 10 and 10 main attack damage to all / / heroes respectively.
• 20.25 main attack damage to universal heroes.

Launches a harpoon that latches onto the target, pulling the caster and the target towards each other, meeting in the middle. Targeting a tree always pulls you all the way to the tree. Has a maximum pull distance.

When the caster is ranged, pulls the target and the caster for a percentage of the distance instead, but still respecting the max pull distance.

• The projectile travels at a speed of 2000.

  • Forcefully Moves the target and the caster towards each other for a fixed duration.
  • This results in a possible speed range of 333—3333, based on the pulled distance.
  • Does not disable the pulled units, they can still attack, cast abilities and items, and turn during it.
    • Does not interrupt channeling abilities of the pulled units.
  • The pull destination is determined upon cast, it does not adapt if the target or the caster are moved during it.
  • Can move the units over impassable terrain.
  • Destroys trees within a 100 radius around the pulled units.
  • The pull on the caster and the target is independent, if one of them gets stopped, the other continues being pulled.

• When cast by ranged heroes, both get moved for 35% of the distance respectively.

• When cast by melee heroes, both get moved towards the halfway point, meeting at the middle.

• If cast on a target within 100 distance, the ability does nothing, wasting the mana and cooldown.

Interactions: Debuff Immunity

Can be cast on debuff immune enemies, pulling the caster, but not the target.

• Draw Forth is fully canceled if if the target is Invulnerable or Hidden upon projectile impact.

• Casting Harpoon instantly breaks Pounce.

Cooldown Sharing

The items listed above share their cooldowns;
Casting one of them puts them all on cooldown.

• The proccing attack has the following properties:
  • The effect triggers upon reaching the attack point of an attack, regardless of whether the attack lands or not.
  • Triggers against and fully affects any target the wielder attacks.

• Grants the wielder an attack speed bonus upon triggering, the second attack is not an Instant Attack.
  • The attack speed buff has no set duration. It lasts until the user makes a second attack.
  • The buff is removed upon reaching the attack point of the next attack, regardless of whether it lands or not.

• Harpoon's Echo Strike uses a custom cooldown system.
  • It is not displayed on the item icon when procced, but instead by a debuff within the status bar.
  • It is not affected by cooldown manipulation and cannot be reset.

• Echo Strike triggers on Instant Attacks as well, except the following sources:
  • Sproink
  • Side Gunner
  • Infest
  • Boundless Strike
  • Waveform
  • Stifling Dagger
  • Phase Shift
  • Dream Coil
  • Tree Volley
  • Astral Step
  • Assassinate
  • Echo Slash
  • Kazurai Katana
  • However, the slow debuff is still placed by these.
    • This means if any of these abilities apply instant attacks to multiple units, all hit units get slowed.

• Does not stack with Falcon Rush
  • When Echo Strike is off cooldown, Falcon Rush does not trigger.
