- The order of damage and debuff application depends on the target health when receiving target spell.
- If the target's health is above 250, Empower Spell's effects get applied before the triggering ability's effects.
- However, if the target's health below or equal to 250, the triggering ability's effects get before Empower Spell's effects.
- This behavior ensures that the triggering ability triggers and is not prevented by Empower Spell killing the target in between.
Does not proc Empower Spell if spell is blocked.
Reflected spell does proc Empower Spell.
