- Even if the ability could dispel the invulnerability on the target, Empower Spell will still not trigger.
- However, if the target turns to invulnerable through the targeted ability, Empower Spell will proc.
- The order of damage and debuff application depends on the target health when receiving target spell.
- If the target's health is above 150, Empower Spell's effects get applied before the triggering ability's effects.
- However, if the target's health below or equal to 150, the triggering ability's effects get before Empower Spell's effects.
- This behavior ensures that the triggering ability triggers and is not prevented by Empower Spell killing the target in between.
Does not proc Empower Spell if spell is blocked.
Reflected spell does proc Empower Spell.
Does proc Empower Spell on secondary hero after the
