June Quick Poll #1: Esports fans, tell us how you browse roster shuffles and off-seasons (and what frustrates you about it!)
Report
From Liquipedia Dota 2 Wiki
Reports are marks of negative feedback that players can give to each other. Ability to send a report appears as soon as the heroes appear on the map and remains for some time after the end of the match.
There is no limit to the number of reports that can be sent. A successful report for toxic, griefing or smurfing is displayed in the player behavior summary in the succesfull reports section. However, the number of reports that can be sent to Overwatch is limited.
Your current limit of negative/positive reports can be seen here.
Reports made on you can be seen here.
Reports you sent can be seen here. Reports you sent to overwatch can be seen here and here.

Notes
[edit]- Excessive reports will automatically result in a ban and placement in Low Priority.
You can check it here (Excessive Reports Section).
- When you select griefing/cheating as the reason for the report, the checkbox for sending a report in the overwatch is automatically selected, as well as the checkbox that marks the current moment as suspicious.
- An excessive number of reports leads to the system stopping counting them.
- Being silenced by game for the duration of the match greatly affects the communication score.
Using obscene language (specially if the game turns text into ***) greatly increases the chances of such punishment.
