  • Can only be cast on heroes, including illusions and creep-heroes.

      • After the fade time, upon reaching the cast point of abilities or items.
      • After the fade, upon reaching the attack point of an attack, regardless of whether the attack lands or not.
        • For ranged this is upon projectile launch.
