- The caster is slowed as well, but also gains bonus armor.
- Does not interrupt the caster's channeling abilities upon cast.
- Spill spreads at a speed of 350 and takes 1.57 seconds to reach maximum range and dissipate.
- Spill is centered on the caster for the full duration.
- The effect radius is not a ring. It affects every enemy within the spill's expanding radius.
- Spill first applies the damage, then the debuff.
