- Casting Wraith's Reprisal destroys currently active totems from a previous cast.
- However, the previous totem continues to pulse at its death location until it fully disappears, or until its timer runs out.
- Wraith Pact Totem automatically follows the caster upon cast, if no other order is given.
- The outgoing damage reduction is provided by an aura, its debuff lingers for 0.5 seconds. The damage per second component is independent of the aura.
- Applies unique damage manipulation on enemies within radius. Stacks multiplicatively with other sources of damage manipulation.
- Affects only physical damage from enemy sources. Does not reduce damage flagged as HP removal.
- Multiple instances of the outgoing damage reduction aura do not stack.
- Deals damage in 1-second intervals, starting 1 second after being created, resulting in up to 25 instances.
- Can deal up to 750 damage to a single unit (before reductions).
- The damage source is the ward itself, meaning certain on-damage effects (e.g. Damage Return) react on the ward rather than on the wielder.
- Does not affect invulnerable or hidden units. Fully affects invisible units and units inside the Fog of War.
- Since the damage is independent of the aura, the damage per second component of multiple Wraith Pact Totems fully stacks.

Tips
[edit]- Since Vladmir's Aura can't be toggled off, its status buff icon is always visible on creeps. Therefore it is possible to detect invisible enemy heroes holding Wraith Pact by checking enemy creeps' status buff icons.
- The Wraith Pact Totem moves quite slowly, be sure to position it well in teamfights. Also, it automatically follows you around when cast, so if you're a frontliner, be sure that it doesn't stay too close to you or it'll become easy target for right-clicks.
