Profile
I am a product leader based in Barcelona. My work sits where product craft meets commercial reality: find the real problem, shape something people will pay for, then sell it, instrument it and change it when the evidence says so.
My path ran through QA and delivery leadership, senior product management and Head of Product, then CPO and founder. That order matters: I learned how software actually breaks before I learned how to decide what to build, and I learned to sell before I had the luxury of someone else doing it.
The last three years have been almost entirely AI-native B2B SaaS, meaning products where the model does the core work rather than decorating the edges. I build hands-on with AI tooling, so I can prototype, instrument and ship rather than only specify.
What I'm Working On
Wicely
AI-native SaaS for technology intelligence in manufacturing. AI agents monitor patents, scientific literature and market signals, then deliver a decision-ready report for each product line.
Concept to paying customers in five months, grounded in 50+ discovery interviews with industrial R&D leaders, with paid pilots closed at three listed Spanish industrial manufacturers. First prize at IndPuls, Catalonia's industrial cluster AI adoption programme, in 2026.
Voltayachts
Europe's first electric-only boat retailer, relaunched as a two-sided marketplace for the electric-marine ecosystem.
I designed and shipped the current platform solo using AI-assisted development: Next.js, four languages, a seller portal with per-listing analytics and a territory-routed lead pipeline. Re-platformed from Webflow with zero ranking loss through a full redirect map, and it now holds top-three positions for several head terms in English and Spanish. Revenue is recurring, from seller subscriptions. Instrumentation is cookieless and first-party, and Core Web Vitals plus WCAG 2.2 AA checks gate every deploy.
AI-Native, In Practice
AI-native is an easy label to claim, so here is what it actually means in my week.
In the product: LLM agents running in production for paying industrial clients, where a report has to be accurate and grounded enough for a director to act on it. That constraint, not the demo, is where the real product work lives.
In the company: operations run on Claude Code. A custom automation layer processes every sales-call transcript, extracts objections, commitments and feature reactions, and keeps the sales playbook, documentation and CRM current. The website and the investor data room regenerate from the same live data, under review, in minutes.
In my own hands: I build. The Voltayachts marketplace and most of my prototypes are AI-assisted work I shipped myself, end to end.
This changes what a product leader can settle before asking an engineer for anything: a question that used to need a sprint to answer now needs an afternoon.
How I Work
- Problem first: clarify the real problem before designing the solution. Most roadmap disputes are actually unresolved disagreements about the problem.
- Discovery through specifics: instead of "what do you need?", I ask people to walk me through their last frustrating day. Specifics surface real problems; questions about needs surface feature wishlists.
- Small, testable bets: weekly learning loops with explicit hypotheses and go/no-go rules, so a wrong call costs a week and not a quarter.
- Evidence over authorship: I will rebuild my own design when pilot data disagrees with it, which is exactly what happened to the first version of Wicely.
- Commercial ownership: I have carried pricing, positioning and C-suite sales myself, so I do not hand product decisions over a wall and hope go-to-market catches them.
- Quality is not a phase: I came up through QA, so I treat instrumentation, accessibility and performance as part of shipping rather than as cleanup.
Track Record
- 4 products taken from zero to paying customers
- 10+ digital products delivered across MedTech, B2B SaaS and eCommerce
- Led a full product pivot at Lowerton, from concept validation to paid pilots within six months
- Scaled a marine retail business to 10 brands across Europe and the Americas
- 50+ discovery interviews behind Wicely alone, with structured discovery on every product since
- Led a cross-functional team of six at Boatim, and helped scale a consultancy branch from 25 to 200 people
- First prize, IndPuls, Catalonia's industrial cluster AI adoption programme, 2026
Background
- Product: zero to one, discovery and validation, pricing, marketplace liquidity, analytics and event instrumentation, roadmap and stakeholder alignment.
- AI: LLM agent products in production, AI-assisted development with Claude Code, company-operations automation covering transcript intelligence, CRM and playbook pipelines.
- Commercial: enterprise B2B sales, outbound experimentation, executive-level pilot governance, positioning and pricing.
- Industries: manufacturing, marine, climate, MedTech, EdTech, IT infrastructure. Cross-industry pattern recognition is most of what I bring to a new domain.
- Education: MSc Mathematics and Computer Science (Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics), MSc IT Project Management (UPC Barcelona), MBA and MSc Business Intelligence (INSA Barcelona).
- Languages: English, Spanish, Catalan and Russian, all fluent.
