Introduction
This guide explains exactly where to see your Fizz earnings, how entries move from pending to posted (and when they might be reversed), and the rules for cashing out. It covers both Reward Points (redeemable for cash) and merchant Discounts (credits applied to your Fizz balance). References: see the current Rewards Policy and program disclosures throughout Fizz’s site.
What you can track
-
Reward Points
-
Earned from qualifying purchases, referrals, and promotions.
-
Redeemable for cash transfers once you meet the in‑app minimum and stay within the monthly cap. Policies specify a $10 minimum and a $500 monthly redemption limit. Points can expire two years after accrual. See Rewards Policy.
-
Discounts (merchant offers)
-
Instant or delayed credits for eligible transactions at participating merchants. Per policy, these discounts are not reflected on the merchant receipt; they’re credited on your Fizz side. See Rewards Policy and historical details in the Legacy Rewards Policy.
Track Reward Points in the app (step‑by‑step)
1) Open the app and go to Rewards > Points. 2) Review the Points Wallet total at the top; tap into Activity for itemized entries. 3) For any entry, open the detail row to see the merchant, amount, date, and status (Pending or Posted). Posted entries increase your available balance for redemption, subject to program limits. Program mechanics (accrual delay up to 5 business days after billing payment) are defined in the Rewards Policy. 4) When eligible, choose Redeem, confirm the amount (≥ $10 and within the $500/month cap), and complete the transfer per in‑app prompts. See Rewards Policy.
Track Discounts (credits) in the app (step‑by‑step)
1) Open Rewards > Discounts (or Credits) to see an itemized ledger of eligible merchant offers. 2) Each line shows the merchant, transaction date, calculated discount, and status. 3) Posted discount credits reduce what you owe to Fizz (they are applied on the Fizz side, not at the point of sale). See Rewards Policy and Legacy Rewards Policy.
Statuses you’ll see
| Status | What it means | Where you’ll see it |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Earned but not yet available. Points typically pend until the billing payment clears (policy allows a delay up to 5 business days after payment). | Points Activity; Discounts ledger |
| Posted | Cleared and added to your available Points balance or applied as a Discount credit. | Points balance; Credits ledger |
| Reversed | A previously pending/posted entry was clawed back (e.g., refund/return, dispute, ineligible or abusive activity). Program terms allow adjustments or rescission. | Points Activity; Credits ledger |
References: pend/post timing, expirations, eligibility, and right to modify or rescind are defined in the Rewards Policy; discount crediting behavior is also noted in the Legacy Rewards Policy.
