MCP V2 RELEASE EVENT

​The biggest revision of the Model Context Protocol since launch goes final today. Come mark it with the people building on it.

​On July 28th, the MCP 2026-07-28 specification ships — a stateless protocol core, a first-class Extensions framework, MCP Apps, Tasks, hardened authorization, and a formal deprecation policy. It's the foundation the ecosystem will grow on for years.
