The Digital Economist Executive Retreat
The Digital Economist Executive Retreat is a curated, three-day immersive experience designed for leaders navigating performance, longevity, and decision-making in the intelligence age.
The retreat is set on a beautiful estate in Granada Hills, CA, with private chef, preparing every meal throughout the three days. We can't wait to bring together a select group of executives, innovators, and policymakers for a rare combination: strategic dialogue, cognitive optimization, and lasting connection.
Across three days, participants will engage in a thoughtfully designed journey.
Day One — Context, Connection, and New Perspectives
Arrive, settle into the estate, and begin with welcome remarks from Ambriel Pouncy and a Guided Opening Session with Navroop Sahdev. The evening opens into The Digital Economist’s Los Angeles Social Innovation Hour, featuring Jean Criss on Fearless by Design and filmmaker and bestselling author Adrian Roup on authenticity, presence, and human connection in a digital-first world. The day concludes around the table with an Executive Leadership Dinner featuring Gaura Taneja and Ancient Wisdom for Modern Life, bringing Eastern philosophy into conversation with contemporary leadership.
Day Two — Optimization, Insight, and Deep Connection
Begin with Morning Yoga and Meditation & Breathwork guided by Harpinder Mann before moving into The Art of Self-Seeing with Mitra Manesh. Over lunch, Wellness Advisor Joseph “Jai” Kerr will explore gut health, Indigenous medicine, and apothecary practices and Cam Kashani will explore how the RISE Method can help transform unconscious patterns into greater self-trust. Followeing the Lunch, Helen Todd’s From Efficiency to Hospitality and Elaine Powell's The Power of Being. The afternoon creates space for open networking and optional 1:1 conversations before a restorative Sound Bath Experience with Laura Velazquez. The day culminates in an Executive Leadership Dinner featuring Joe Adams.
Day Three — Integration, Strategy, and Forward Motion
The final morning begins with breakfast and informal connection before Mellini Monique leads Vocal Intelligence: The Original Operating System for Human Leadership, exploring how voice shapes trust, influence, and leadership. Navroop Sahdev and Ambriel Pouncy then lead a Strategic Action Session designed to translate the retreat’s insights into what comes next, followed by a Closing Circle and farewell.
The experience is intentionally paced to allow for both deep engagement and reflection creating space for insight, clarity, and relationship-building beyond traditional conference settings.
