About Me

Greetings! I am a fourth-year Ph.D. student in Computer Science advised by Prof. Geoffrey Fox. I also work closely with Prof. Keren Zhou.

Before joining UVA, I received my B.Eng. in Computer Science and B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2022.

I am currently a Research Scientist Intern at ByteDance Seed LLM Infra, where I work on open-source systems including VeOmni, VeXact, and VeRL, as well as internal infrastructure for scalable multimodal MoE pre-training and RL. I also contribute to FlashAttention and Triton.

During my undergraduate studies, I interned at the Systems & Networking Research Group, Microsoft Research Asia. I also spent one year in Japan as an exchange student at The University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, where I was supervised by Prof. Yoichi Haneda at UEC Sound Media Lab.
