I listened to this album while reading the last few chapters of Neil Stephenson's "Snow Crash" and it was so perfect, truly a cyberpunk overload that was more intense than any gonk braindance could ever provide. I knew I had to purchase this one. Favorite trax: Friends Again, Signals in the Night, The Hive dxanex
everything you'd expect to find here is present and accounted for; polished production, retro vibes, impeccable attention to detail. this album feels like it leans a bit more into the disco-pop side of synthwave, with several tracks bringing the boogie in that inimitable Droid Bishop sound. there are still beautifully arranged introspective compositions as well, providing just the right amount a chill between dance tracks. and those guitar harmonies!! so sublime! Woozy, vocal-driven synthwave captures the spirit and feel of the ’80s, with tremendous choruses and neon-hot electronics. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 28, 2020
Phenomenal piece, best paired with planning or executing a techno-heist. With scenes of night drives, getaway cars, and sketchy companions, not to be trusted. amiko
