My personal, very eclectic list of World Cinema based on quality or something essential - not any labels, genres, celebrities or box office collection. But box office hits are not excluded. Film can be from any country, any time period, any genre. Each film opened a new door for me, a door of perception, a new way of reimagining. I have been a cinema auteur for over 45 years.
