It is one of the worst movies ever made. Even TV serials are 10 times better than this crap. Background music is so cacophonous that you can get deafness. In five years Rao cracks IAS and gets posted as Collector of Lucknow. Stupid.. It takes two years to crack the exam and 2 years as trainee.. Then you get the posting of SDM not DM.. Bogus Bore and foolish
