I've had this recorded since September '14! Time to finally watch it.

This seems like an interesting film. I wonder how it measures up against 'Chinatown'.

About 20 minutes in, and it seems pretty good. I think I'm just about northern enough to understand the Barnsley accents!

This film is, as of today, the oldest film I've watched. Prior to that, it was Citizen Kane (1941).

It's nice to see Bob Odenkirk in a film; I haven't seen 'Better Call Saul', and so this is quite a novelty after finishing 'Breaking Bad' a year back.

Started watching this. I don't have great expectations; the Sky synopsis seems to have misled me!

One of the epics I haven't seen, and probably should see. I don't think I'll be watching it all tonight, though!

One of two non-Western John Wayne films I've seen.

A very obscure James Cagney film. I'm liking it so far.

I've wanted to watch this for a while. Oddly, I always thought that Jack Nicholson starred in this. Apparently not.

I remember watching about half of this in A-level Law.

Disappointed with the 5.2 rating. Maybe I can salvage some enjoyment from 'Revolution', though.

I wonder how this sizes up against 'Rear Window' or 'Vertigo'.

A second viewing after reading the novel.

I haven't read 'The Iliad' for about two years. This may rekindle an interest, though.

Two great but very different actors; should be interesting.

The second Joan Fontaine film I've seen today, and the third Alfred Hitchcock title I've seen in two days.

Hopefully it's a lot better than the third and fourth films in the 'Alien' franchise.

Geared for disappointment; maybe I'll be surprised.

A dismal average rating for such a long film.

Purportedly one of Wayne's best.

One can never see 'The Godfather' too many times.

Was thinking of reading 'The Sicilian' first, but GF2 really piqued my interest

Immediately recognisable as Tarantino.
