Worth the time if you understand.

Very good historical representation of his life, warts and all.

Its great that they don't make a hero of this artist, but just show his selfish desire for art at the sacrifice of all else.

By most measures he is not a good person. But he is not trying to be a good person. He is trying to be an artist. We as humans should recognize this is many artists.
