Scarf of Mist Thigh of Satin

This film was considered to be lost until a 35mm negative of the original English language version was discovered in the archives of the F.W. Murnau Foundation in Wiesbaden, Germany. The film was screened for the first time in decades at the Hofbauer Kongress in Nuremberg, Germany in 2023. No additional news on if the film will be reissued on home video has since emerged.

The Swedish censors made 3 cuts:

• 1) Woman being whipped.
• 2) Kissing scene with 2 assisting women.
• 3) Sexual intercourse with 2 women and 1 man.
