Detectives Lennie and George are assigned to apprehend a criminal dealing in hot money. But the man escapes and in the ensuing chaos they interfere in another investigation.
Lennie and George are caught in the middle of a feud between different factions of the mob. Trying to make arrests is further complicated by a change in the zoning laws.
