Since I have been streaming "Ironside" episodes for weeks, I wanted to see this movie. Don Galloway and Barbara Anderson, two of the stars in the series, are the husband and wife in this film. Mr. Galloway is a wonderful good guy in "Ironside", but a terrible cheating husband here; while Ms. Anderson is a rich, sharp policewoman on the show, but a rich, too emotionally dependent wife here.
Don Galloway does an excellent acting job for a made-for-TV movie. He shows real terror when he does something horrific, and real terror when he fears what he did will be found out. Whyever they showed snips of the final beach scene in the beginning of the film is beyond me! Why give that away? I wish, too, I had not read the spoiler reviews here before watching, because something in the story would have really shocked me if I had not.
