Nothing to see
This show is not the same anymore. We only get to see a couple of projects during the build and then boom it is now done and we do not really get to see anything. They need to return to one build is one season so we see more. I liked seeing all the different areas of the build. This has been bugging me for years.
Not the same show quality since ROKU purchase
Since ROKU purchased TOH a few years back the show has gone down in quality, a big slide from it's glory years. Not much actual work is shown anymore and the segments are shorter. ROKU has changed the show to more fluff and less hands on work. Also, the crew is aging out, Norm left a few years back and Tommy has cut back his efforts and isn't running the projects anymore. Once Tommy retires completely, I'll have no reason at all to watch anymore. I'm sure the show will just continue as is for more years, but it makes me sad to remember what the show once was and can never be again. Hope Kevin and Richard can hang around awhile longer.
Best show of its kind
Been watching since Bob & Norm worked on that first house in 1979. Always amazes me how much pride they all take in their work. From start to finish, we see great workmanship.
Great show up to ~2003
This was a show you could actually learn how to do something. They still have some of that, but not nearly as 'how-to' as it used to be.
Rippin' Good
I've watched this show for a long time, and it's still the best. Granted, Norm needs to wear something other than plaid, and Steve can be annoying, but it's fun to watch these guys inflict terror to homeowners in the form of lines like "We gotta replace all this" and "It's expensive, but it's worth it". Tops had to be when they were in London and asked everyone they met "Would you let me buy you a cup of tea?"

- TriviaThe first project house was located in Dorchester, Massachusetts. The house was owned by the show's producers who had purchased it for a mere $18,000 and sold it once the project was complete. In 2004, when the show revisited the house as part of the 25th anniversary special, it was noted that the house was valued at over $500,000.
